Support each person services to achieve an optimal quality of life via use of universal supports. Qualifications Min of 18 years of age. High School Diploma/GED or one year experience in a related field, must possess basic math (addition/subtraction) skills, ability to read & write, communicate effectively both verbally and written, ability to multi-task and exercise good judgement. Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks including but not limited to: CORI, SORI, Fingerprinting, LEIE, Driving record, E-verify, Physical, PPD and licensing and/or certification checks (i.e., nursing). Valid US driver\'s license and ready access to a vehicle.
