Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Integration Specialist. As a Community Integration Specialist at Thrive Maine Behavioral Health, you will provide comprehensive support and advocacy for individuals experiencing mental health issues, homelessness, substance use, and/or domestic violence. You will work directly with clients to assess their needs, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate services to improve their overall well-being. While fostering meaningful connections and promoting independence you will help empower clients to lead fulfilling lives while promoting their dignity.

Qualifications Education:
Bachelors or Associates degree in related field and Mental Health Rehabilitation Training Certificate (MHRTC) or qualify to complete certificate within a year.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management or a related field. Experience working with individuals facing mental health issues, homelessness, substance use, and/or domestic violence. .
Pay:
$26.00 - $28.00 per hour
