Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM + one evening shift weekly

Salary:

$35.60

•48.17/hour, based on license and experience Position Summary The Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Supervisor oversees the clinical and administrative operations of the IDD program. The role provides staff supervision, manages client care and crisis situations, ensures regulatory and documentation compliance, and supports quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical and administrative supervision to IDD staff. Oversee treatment plans, documentation, referrals, and service delivery. Manage crisis situations involving clients and staff. Support staff training, onboarding, performance evaluations, and development. Ensure compliance with Waiver programs, funding requirements, and quality standards. Monitor productivity, electronic medical records, and program outcomes. Conduct staff meetings and collaborate with leadership and other departments. Promote person-centered, culturally competent care. Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling. Valid Michigan LMSW, LLP, or LPC license required. Minimum 1 year experience working with children/adolescents. Minimum 1 year experience working with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Supervisory experience preferred. Waiver and electronic medical record experience preferred. Must qualify for CMHP and QIDP within 120 days of hire. Valid driver's license and favorable driving record. Strong communication, organization, and crisis-management skills. No visa sponsorship available.
