Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full or PT Job Coach to empower individuals with developmental disabilities and autism to achieve their employment goals in Duluth. In this vital role, you will provide personalized coaching, mentorship, and workforce development support to help clients build skills, confidence, and independence in the workplace. It is very important that the individual be reliable, trustworthy, and able to work without direct supervision. Duties Provide hands-on job coaching, including training on workplace skills, social interactions, and task management Mentor clients through ongoing support, encouragement, and skill reinforcement to promote independence Maintain detailed records of client interactions, employment milestones, and progress reports Driver's License is mandatory Experience Prior experience working with people with developmental disabilities or autism is highly preferred Background in teaching, mentoring, or social work that demonstrates strong interpersonal skills Experience in training & development to support client employment readiness Ability to effectively communicate with diverse populations and collaborate with team members Ability to communicate needs and issues to management Strong organizational skills for managing multiple clients and maintaining accurate documentation Join us in transforming lives through meaningful employment! We have a few different positions with varying morning and afternoon/early evenings.
We need coaching for:
Tuesdays and Fridays 11:30 am to 4:30 pm (service recipient needs a female coach guaranteed 10 hours per week) Monday to Friday 10:30 am to 6:30 pm (with two service recipients) Monday, Tuesday, Friday 2:15 to 6 pm Other schedules are available as well based on our service recipients' needs
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
