Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized job coaching, skills training, and career development support Assist clients with exploring career options, workplace visits, and employment activities Teach professional skills including communication, safety, social skills, and workplace expectations Promote independence by developing natural supports and fostering positive workplace relationships Build strong partnerships with local employers to identify employment opportunities Document progress accurately through reports, notes, and communication logs Provide safe transportation using a personal vehicle, as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs Willingness to complete background checks, health screenings, and required training Experience in human services, job coaching, or community support is a plus but not required
