Job Description

Key Consulting LLC is hiring a part-time job coach! Give back to your community and get paid to do so! Support adults experiencing disabilities to learn skills, understand expectations, navigate challenges and practice advocating for themselves in the workforce in order to gain greater independence and long-term job success. This could be a great part-time job for a student, retiree, stay-at-home parent or other person looking for flexibility. We are looking for a long-term fit with someone patient, professional, with a sense of humor and a willingness to learn and collaborate. Benefits include a Simple IRA 3% match, paid mileage, paid holidays, paid sick time and paid vacation hours for all part-time employees. We are hiring for 10-20 hours a week, weekends required with the option of picking up additional hours during the weekdays (typically evening hours not past 9 or 10pm). A typical week might look like this, if picking up weekday hours:
  • Example:
    Saturday 9am-2pm and Sunday 4pm-9pm, Monday & Tuesday 5:30pm-7pm

Example:
Saturday 4pm-8pm, Sunday 9am-2pm and 4pm-5pm, Wednesday 6:30pm-9pm
Basic Requirements:
  • Weekend availability
  • Oregon Driver's License, insurance and acceptable driving record, reliable vehicle
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check through
ORCHARDS
  • Ability to speak, hear and write English and use current technology i.e. smartphone and computer
  • First Aid & CPR training (we pay for training, may obtain within first 30 days of employment
