Who are we looking for? TRICOR is seeking an exceptional individual to support the activities of the Transition Services Division. This position is responsible for performing all functions related to the rehabilitation of our offender workforce both pre and post incarceration. These duties include, but are not limited to, facilitating TRICOR reentry and cognitive behavior programming, case management, data entry, transitional planning, and post release services .

The selected candidate will be responsible for operations in both Memphis and Tiptonville. Travel between both locations will be required. What can we do for you? Primary Responsibilities:

Pre-screen and track offenders assigned to TRICOR operations to assist in preparing TRICOR program rosters. Supervision and coaching of offenders in a worksite setting. Provides staff coverage in the place of TRICOR's operations' staff, as needed. Teach/Co-Teach all pre-post release offender training (Life Skills, T4C, Orientation, etc.) Provides Pre and Post release case management. Data entry. Provides all transitional support services to assigned offenders. Monthly reporting. Conducts transitional assessments to establish Individualized Offender Transition Plans. Works with community partners to secure and provide community resources to transitioning offenders. Attend resource fairs and events to establish and maintain relationships with community service providers that assist offenders with post release referrals/services (Job Fairs-TDOC and Community Based; Governmental Services (ID's, Food, etc.); Non-Profit Service Providers (Housing, Clothing, Transportation, etc.) Serves as a liaison to TDOC's Institutional Probation Parole Officer (IPPO), Reentry Specialist, and Probation & Parole Officer for reentry support. Establishes and maintains relationships with the TDOC IJC's and Correctional Counselors to strengthen the understanding of TRICOR's mission Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen and be able to perform the essential physical functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation

Education and Experience:

Case management and/or one (1) year experience in a correctional or offender reentry related environment is preferred. Cognitive behavior program certification and facilitator experience is a plus. High School diploma is required.
