The starting range is $25.96

Position Summary The Coordinated Entry & FCS Lead is a dual-role position within Okanogan County Community Action Council (OCCAC). This position carries responsibility for two complementary, mission-critical program areas: Providing Foundational Community Supports (FCS) case management services to Medicaid-enrolled clients, supporting them in accessing Supported Employment (SE) and Supported Housing (SH) services through the Washington State Health Care Authority; and Serving as OCCAC's lead for Coordinated Entry (CE) under the Washington State Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG), receiving and processing referrals from partner agencies across Okanogan County to connect people experiencing homelessness with housing resources and stabilization supports. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, growth-oriented human services professional who is energized by both direct client engagement and systems-level partnership. They will actively work to expand the reach and impact of the FCS program while strengthening the county's coordinated homeless response through meaningful agency collaboration. General Responsibilities Represent OCCAC professionally in community and interagency settings, advancing the organization's reputation as a trusted community partner Train and support client advocates at OCCAC and partner agencies on both the FCS and CHG Coordinated Entry systems, including program requirements, referral processes, documentation standards, and compliance expectations, to strengthen countywide service delivery and reduce errors Maintain confidentiality of all client information consistent with

HIPAA, 42 CFR

Part 2, and agency policy Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and agency-wide training and development activities Perform other duties as assigned consistent with the scope of this position Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Experience:

Minimum:

Minimum five (5) years of experience in case management, social services, housing, or a related field.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, public health, psychology, or a related field — OR equivalent combination of education and directly relevant work experience Preferred knowledge: Experience with Washington State FCS program, Medicaid systems, or HCA provider requirements Familiarity with Coordinated Entry processes, HMIS, and HUD homeless assistance program requirements Knowledge of the Okanogan County human services landscape, including tribal programs, rural service delivery challenges, and community resources Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience in program development, outreach, or growing utilization of underenrolled programs Lived experience with housing instability, poverty, or the service systems this role supports

Skills:
