Depending on your assignment, you may assist with: Companionship and conversation Meal preparation Light housekeeping and laundry Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care Toileting and incontinence care Mobility and transfer assistance Medication reminders Transportation and errands Dementia care and supervision Helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home Who We're Looking For You don't have to be a CNA to be a great caregiver. We're looking for individuals who are: Dependable and committed to showing up for scheduled shifts Compassionate, patient, and respectful Available to work the hours they provide during the hiring process Comfortable assisting seniors with personal care Able to communicate professionally with clients, families, and our office Able to reliably get to scheduled client shifts Willing to complete all required background checks, drug screenings, and hiring requirements Interested in consistent work and building relationships with their clients Previous experience as a Caregiver, In-Home Caregiver, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, or CNA is preferred.
