Job Description

This role requires dependable caregivers who can consistently arrive on time and have reliable personal transportation. Many of our clients depend on caregivers for transportation, so reliability is essential to success in this position. We are looking for self-directed caregivers who take pride in their work, communicate clearly, and follow through on commitments. What You'll Do Provide in-home care that supports client independence, dignity, and safety Assist with mobility, ambulation, and transfers as needed Transport clients to appointments, errands, or activities when required Communicate clearly with clients, families, and the office team Follow care plans and document care accurately Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to provide excellent care Required Qualifications Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle you can use for work Willingness to transport clients as part of care Ability to pass a background check Age 18+ Strong communication skills and dependability Preferred Qualifications Previous caregiving, CNA, or HHA experience CPR / First Aid certification Experience supporting seniors or individuals with dementia Why Work With Us Flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, weekend, and flexible shifts available Weekly pay Paid training and ongoing development Mileage reimbursement for client-related travel Supportive local team with clear communication Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding agency Pay & Schedule Competitive hourly pay based on experience Shifts available throughout Hoover, Birmingham, and surrounding areas
