Qualifications Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure Food Handler's certification First Aid certification Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, dressing, and mobility Managing behaviors such as wandering or agitation using proven strategies Implementing consistent daily routines and memory-supportive activities Supporting medication management, meal preparation, transportation, and therapy participation Applying specialized training in dementia care and behavioral management
