Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Provider to join our team in delivering exceptional support and personalized care to individuals across various care settings. As a Care Provider, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents by assisting with daily activities, managing health needs, and providing emotional support. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve while working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. All roles are paid positions, emphasizing the value we place on your skills and commitment. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity. Support residents with medication administration following prescribed protocols and safety guidelines. Engage residents in social activities, companionship, and recreational programs to foster mental and emotional well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment by assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. Follow safe patient lifting practices and manual handling procedures to prevent injury for both residents and staff. Skills Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments is preferred. Pay:
$17.00 - $17.50 per hour
