Caregiver, Adults with Developmental & Behavioral Needs Care Cura Mountain House, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $22 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid training Paid orientation Flexible schedule Referral program Qualifications Home Care Aide Certification Performing background checks Patience Group home experience Full Job Description Care Cura is looking for a calm, patient caregiver to support adults with developmental and behavioral needs in Mountain House. This is a long-term, consistent placement with a set schedule. If you've worked in a group home, day program, special education classroom, or behavioral health setting and want steady hours, this role is for you. What you'll do Support daily routines: meals, hygiene prompts, activities, and outings Give medication reminders (no administering) Use calm, clear communication and follow the care plan Notice changes in mood or behavior and report them to the office the same shift Log shift notes in our app What you won't do No heavy lifting or transfers No restraint or physical intervention You'll never be expected to stay in an unsafe situation What we're looking for Experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities or behavioral needs Group home, regional center program, day program, psych tech, RBT, or special ed background is a strong plus Calm under pressure, patient, and consistent Available for a long-term, set schedule Registered Home Care Aide or willing to register (we help) Background check and TB test CPR/First Aid or willing to obtain Pay and benefits $22 to $25/hr based on experience Paid training before your first shift W-2, biweekly direct deposit Referral bonus Local office and a manager who answers the phone
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
