Position Summary The Field Supervisor is responsible for ensuring clients receive safe, high-quality care while supporting caregivers in the field. This role assists with caregiver training, quality assurance, and serves as a liaison between clients, caregivers, families, and the office. Responsibilities Train, coach, and mentor caregivers on agency policies and client-specific care. Observe caregiver performance and provide constructive feedback. Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency standards. Address client concerns and resolve service issues promptly. Perform direct client care. Document all visits accurately and complete required reports in a timely manner. Assist with caregiver orientation and ongoing education. Communicate changes in client condition or service needs to the office team. Help maintain high client satisfaction and caregiver retention. Qualifications Experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. CNA, QMAP, LPN, RN, or equivalent healthcare experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Proficient with electronic documentation and basic computer applications. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
