Your core responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication administration, and ensuring the well-being of clients. With a high school diploma or GED, you will utilize your caregiving skills and knowledge of resident's rights to foster a safe and respectful environment. Your premium experience in senior care, Alzheimer's care, and working with individuals with disabilities will enhance the quality of life for those you serve. Duties:
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Provide assistance with mobility and transferring
  • Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
