We provide non-medical in-home support that helps adults and seniors remain safe, comfortable, independent, and connected in their own homes.

Responsibilities include:

Companionship and social support Meal preparation Light housekeeping and laundry Grocery shopping and approved errands Assistance with routine daily activities within the non-medical homemaker-companion scope Appointment accompaniment and approved transportation when assigned Medication reminders only — no medication administration Accurate visit documentation and timely communication with the agency Following client care/service plans, safety procedures, confidentiality requirements, and agency policies

Qualifications:

Compassionate, dependable, respectful, and professional Good communication skills Able to work independently in clients' homes Previous caregiving, homemaker, or companion experience preferred Flexible availability, including possible evenings and weekends Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance for driving assignments Must successfully complete required interview, references, comprehensive background screening, orientation, training, and competency requirements before assignment

PRN Pay:

$19.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience, availability, and assignment

Benefits:

Flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement for authorized work-related mileage, and paid required orientation/training as applicable.
