Duties Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals promptly Administer medication reminders and support medication management as directed by healthcare providers Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and enhance mental well-being Support clients with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments or errands Follow care plans meticulously, ensuring all safety protocols are adhered to during visits Document care activities accurately and maintain detailed records of each visit for accountability and continuity of care Requirements Experience working in diverse environments including inpatient facilities, outpatient clinics, and in-home care Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with family members Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for travel between client homes Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification upon hire is preferred Flexibility in schedules Ability to help patients who are mobility challenged preferred Reliable and punctual for every scheduled shift Join us in creating a positive impact through dedicated in-home care!
