Orlando Treatment Solutions is looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who are passionate about helping others in recovery. Position #1: Clinical Recovery Coach (Day Shift) Schedule Monday•Friday 8:30 AM•4:30 PM Requirements Must be 25 years or older Valid driver's license Clean driving record Must be approved by company insurance Excellent communication and teamwork skills Responsibilities Transport clients safely to and from housing and appointments Ensure clients arrive to group and appointments on time Conduct client accountability rounds throughout the day Assist with medication pickup and medication line Complete weekly observed drug screens and document results in KIPU Search and document new client belongings upon admission Assist clients with virtual appointments Prepare intake packets and client care packages Stock clinical supplies and maintain organization Complete documentation, incident reports, and shift communication Help maintain a structured, safe, and supportive treatment environment We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, compassionate, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting. Position #2: Evening Shift Recovery Coach Schedule Friday•Sunday 3:00pm to 12:00AM Responsibilities Provide overnight supervision of clients Conduct hourly room checks and property rounds Complete overnight documentation and end-of-shift reports Observe and document medication administration when applicable Ensure client safety, accountability, and adherence to program rules Prepare the house for the day shift Complete light housekeeping and assigned cleaning tasks Communicate important updates to incoming staff Maintain a calm, structured, and recovery-focused environment We're looking for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, calm under pressure, and able to work independently while maintaining client safety.
