$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Job Summary Providing companionship and emotional support to clients Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and grooming Medication reminders according to prescribed schedules Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up. Assist clients with mobility and transfer, including the use of lifting systems if required. Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all time Maintain accurate documentation of client care and any changes in condition

Residence may include homes, senior living, clinical settings, rehabs, and hospital as well. Caregiver Position requires adhering to procedures and standards involving a high degree of accuracy in observing, recording and reporting. Moderately to heavy activity, may include but not limited to lifting, constant stooping and walking. Good communication skills required with clients, their families, Home Helpers office, Field Supervisors and other employees. Possess the ability to enable a safe, effective environment, health promotion and maintenance, verbal communication, listening, training, dependability, emotional control, medical teamwork for clients.
