Job Description

Caregiver - Memory Care (Part-Time)
Shifts Available:
7am-3pm or 11pm-7am

What You'll Do:
Follow personalized care plans for residents and observe for any changes in their condition—report any concerns to your supervisor promptly. Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility. Document care provided and any notable events during your shift (especially important for overnight shifts). Encourage participation in scheduled activities, and help escort residents to and from events. Support residents' emotional well-being with patience, respect, and positive engagement. Help with vital signs and weight checks as required, following all community and state guidelines. Assist with safe resident transfers and use of mobility equipment (proper training provided). Great Fit:
High school diploma or GED required. Must be at least 18 years old. Caregiving or memory care experience is a plus, but not required—we'll provide training for the right person! Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred, but not required. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified). Ability to communicate clearly and kindly with residents, families, and coworkers. Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, assist with resident transfers, and be on your feet for most of your shift.
