Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Be reliable and conscientious in carrying out assigned duties. Demonstrate a patient and loving attitude toward young children. Be flexible in working with different age groups. Must not have a conviction for any offenses as stated in regulations as required by law. Responsibilities Interact with children in a manner that clearly conveys love and acceptance. Follow the health and safety policies and procedures. Ask for help and assistance when needed. Be prompt and dependable in attendance. If attendance is not possible, I will contact the director by phone two hours before my shift. Help with the clean-up of snacks and meals. Display respect for others, both children and staff. Follow all policies and procedures. Will work under the direction of the Coordinator and Director. Do Laundry. Do dishes. Maintain supply inventory. Create Menu. Follow CACFP guidelines in food preparation. Order food. Receive food, label, and store food properly. Cleaning of all kinds. Sanitize equipment daily, take out garbage, sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets, clean toilets, and perform all other cleaning tasks assigned. Other duties as assigned.
