Follow care plans, safety procedures, and instructions from supervisors or care coordinators. Document services provided and communicate updates accurately and professionally. Qualifications Previous experience in personal care, caregiving, home care, or a related support role preferred. Ability to provide respectful, patient, and compassionate care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow directions, maintain confidentiality, and work independently. Physical ability to assist with routine care tasks, mobility support, and light household duties. Reliable transportation and punctuality.
