Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented professional to provide personalized support to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. In this role, you will help promote comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life while delivering respectful care in a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility support. Provide support with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and light housekeeping as needed. Offer companionship and encourage engagement in daily routines and activities. Monitor and report changes in physical condition, behavior, or needs to the appropriate supervisor or care team. Support medication reminders or other routine care tasks within the scope of role and applicable guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe care environment. Follow care plans, safety procedures, and instructions from supervisors or care coordinators. Document services provided and communicate updates accurately and professionally. Qualifications Previous experience in personal care, caregiving, home care, or a related support role preferred. Ability to provide respectful, patient, and compassionate care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow directions, maintain confidentiality, and work independently. Physical ability to assist with routine care tasks, mobility support, and light household duties. Reliable transportation and punctuality.
