Job Description

The Sabetha Weekend Supported Living Staff trains persons served on Team objectives through daily living activities and household responsibilities. Provides on-going assessment of individuals' served needs and identifies and implements methods to meet the needs of the individual served. This position works every other weekend, 10 hours per week. Weekly schedule is flexible based in needs of the program services.

Hours:

Every other weekend. Includes holidays that are on scheduled weekend. Saturday - Up to 5 hours Sunday - Up to 5 hours Responsibilities Provide individualized training to individuals with Developmental / Intellectual Disabilities Document in accordance with established plans Attend meetings Provide a safe constructive environment that promotes learning, growth, and greater independence Accurately administer or assists people served with medications Other duties that arise Skills Effective communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task Compassionate with teamwork skills
