07:00 AM•03:00 PM What does a Support Worker do? As part of a wider team, you will assist our clients to live as independently as possible, within their homes and community. You will help our clients to achieve their goals and reach their potential, through both practical and emotional support. Responsibilities can be varied and you will follow a care plan, which may include some or all of the below: Meal preparation and community outings and integration Giving medication Personal cares (showering, toileting etc) Home management Must follow care plan instructions Level 3 or 4 qualified Hoist trained•sara steady, Catheter cares (empty catheter 3 hourly or if full and night bag change) Familiarity with passive exercises Full driver's licence What's in it for you?
