Job Summary- SCHEDULES
AVAILABLE
Monday, Thursday, Saturday 8a-8p Wednesday, friday,Sunday 8a-8p Saturday and sunday rotate so each person gets two Saturdays off a month and two sundays off a month. Essential Workers are expected to leave earlier if winter is inevitable so people with reliable transportation, close proximity, and Reliability a must. This family needs help immediately. Lpns encouraged but will train on pump. Join our dedicated team as a Private Homecare Provider, where you will deliver compassionate, personalized care to individuals in their own homes. This role is vital in promoting independence, ensuring safety, and enhancing the quality of life for clients with diverse needs, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring specialized memory care. As a key part of our home health services, you will be empowered to make a meaningful difference every day through attentive patient observation, assistance with daily activities, and comprehensive support tailored to each individual's unique circumstances. Responsibilities Provide direct support and personal care assistance to clients, including help with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Monitor patients' vital signs and observe for any changes in health status, reporting findings accurately and promptly. Assist with medication administration following prescribed care plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
KNOWLEDGE IN PUMP TUBE FEED.
Clean areas of workplace including bathroom. Keep sterile areas free and clean at all times. Support clients during transfers using appropriate patient transfer methods and equipment such as Hoyer lifts or manual handling techniques. Maintain a safe environment by performing light cleaning duties and ensuring the home remains hygienic and organized. Document all care activities thoroughly in compliance with healthcare standards and communicate effectively with healthcare teams regarding patient progress or concerns. Experience Prior experience working in home health care or assisted living environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated experience in patient observation, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring. Familiarity with dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, hospice care, and caring for individuals with neurodevelopmental or developmental disabilities. Knowledge of resident's rights, HIPAA compliance, manual handling techniques, and safety protocols such as CPR and first aid certification. Experience working with individuals with autism or intellectual disabilities supports a well-rounded skill set for this role. Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and assist with client transportation as needed for appointments or community outings. Join us in providing exceptional homecare that truly makes a difference!
