Job Description

Work Shifts are Tue, Wed, Friday 10:00am-1:00pm 1st client, 2nd client Mon, Wed, Friday 1pm-4pm & 2nd client shift for Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 4pm-7pm Total 30 hours weekly

Employment Requirements:

Must have High School diploma and one year of patient care experience required.
Must complete application for employment.
Must be 18 or older
Below are the required documents for employment. Please fax information to 769-300-2571 Please call office at 769-300-2570 for employee related inquiries. Must pass national background check. Must have current T.B. skin test less than a year
If TB skin test is over a year, must repeat Tb skin test
or complete Attestation form Employment Physical from M.

D. office. Current Drivers License PCA certification (PCA Test is mandatory for this position)

Exceptions:

Please notify company of current certifications or licensures. PCA courses can be taken in office and must be completed before hire date. CNA license or Medical Assistant Certification accepted. Social Security Card Current CPR card certification

First Aid& Healthcare provider "required courses" can be taken online or at any CPR approved testing site.
