Competitive pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on expierence) Daily on-call stipend: $25.00 per weekday | $50.00 per weekend day Merit-based pay increases Holiday pay Referral bonus program Paid training and paid orientation Weekly pay Supportive, nurse-led team that genuinely values caregivers What You Will Do Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation Assist with transportation, errands, and appointments Monitor client safety and report changes to the care team Follow individualized care plans and document daily activities Provide on-call coverage during designated periods and step in when urgent scheduling needs arise — ensuring our clients never experience a gap in care What We Are Looking For Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care or facility-based) preferred CNA certification Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance Must pass background check and drug screening Dependable, flexible, and calm under pressure Compassionate and genuinely committed to the well-being of seniors First Responder Program — Earn More by Being There When It Counts As a First Responder at Home Matters Caregiving, you provide on-call coverage during designated periods and step in when urgent scheduling needs arise — ensuring our clients never experience a gap in care. This program is ideal for caregivers who are dependable, flexible, calm under pressure, and motivated to support their teammates. A daily on-call stipend is paid regardless of whether you are called in — $25.00 for each weekday and $50.00 for each weekend day you are available. If you are called in, your full hourly rate is paid on top of the stipend for every hour worked. As an example, a caregiver who commits to 2 weekend days and 2 weekdays on-call per month earns an additional $150.00 per month in stipend pay — plus full hourly pay for any shifts accepted.
