Overview Join our dedicated team as a Caregiver and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with diverse needs. Whether caring for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or children with special needs, your nurturing approach will foster a positive environment where every individual feels valued and supported. Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Plan and implement engaging activities that support childhood development and learning goals Ensure the safety of children through vigilant supervision and adherence to safety protocols Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to share updates on their child's progress and well-being Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, dressing, and nap times for young children Apply behavior management techniques to foster positive behavior and social skills Follow mandated reporting laws to report any concerns regarding child safety or welfare promptly Requirements Experience working with individuals with disabilities and children in various settings such as daycare, babysitting, or nannying Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in First Aid and CPR from recognized organizations Strong child supervision skills with the ability to manage multiple children effectively Experience planning age-appropriate activities for preschoolers and elementary school-age children Excellent communication skills for parent engagement and team collaboration Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, or weekends as needed Join us in creating a nurturing environment where children thrive! $23.21 - $27.96 per hour
