Day to day, that includes: Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Providing real companionship and emotional support Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep Assisting with transfers, ambulation, and prescribed exercises Keeping our nursing team updated on any changes in client condition Participating in paid ongoing training (CEUs) What You'll Need Active NJ CHHA Certification (required) Valid driver's license & reliable transportation High school diploma/GED preferred CPR certification a plus Clear background check & drug screening A dependable, compassionate, "people-first" attitude Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, assist with mobility, and travel to client homes throughout Gloucester, Camden, Salem, and Cumberland Counties (some homes may not be wheelchair accessible).
