Support daily living:
assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and safe mobility/exercise routines.
Keep home life running:
prepare simple, nutritious meals; perform light housekeeping; shop for groceries and essentials.
Medication cues:
remind clients to take prescriptions on schedule and document adherence. Errands & outings: provide transportation to appointments, social events, or scenic drives. Educate & reassure families: share safe‑care tips and regular updates that build peace of mind.
