Position Summary We are seeking dependable, patient, and compassionate Live‑In Home Companions / Adult Caregivers to provide non‑medical support, companionship, and safety oversight for adult clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful connections, maintaining a calm household environment, and offering steady reassurance throughout the day and night. Key Responsibilities Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support Offer consistent safety monitoring and maintain awareness of client needs Assist with daily routines such as grooming, walking, bedtime preparation, and reminders Prepare simple meals and support light household tasks (tidying, organization) Maintain a calm, structured, and reassuring presence in the home Support client engagement in safe activities, hobbies, or social interaction Communicate observations or concerns to the organization promptly Uphold client dignity, privacy, and respect at all times Ensure a safe environment by monitoring mobility, surroundings, and routines Provide overnight presence for reassurance and safety Qualifications Experience as a companion, caregiver, sitter, or similar role preferred Ability to remain calm, patient, and attentive for extended periods Strong communication skills and reliability Must be able to maintain professional boundaries and follow agency policies Valid ID and ability to pass background checks and drug test Compassionate personality with genuine interest in supporting adults in their homes Ability to maintain a clean, organized living environment Must be comfortable with a live‑in arrangement How to Apply Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit application and resume to: harborheart37@gmail.com
