Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming. Support residents and engaging them in meaningful activities to promote cognitive well-being Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, families, and team members to deliver comprehensive resident-centered care that respects individual preferences and dignity Prior experience working with the elderly population in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of behavior management techniques Certification or training in First Aid and CPR is desirable; ongoing training in medication administration and safety protocols is a plus Strong communication skills to interact empathetically with residents, families, and team members Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks.
