Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Aides to join our team across all shifts. In this vital role, you will provide care and support to residents. Your energy and positive attitude will help create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for residents with diverse needs and assisting with daily living. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors in a dynamic, team-oriented setting. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming. Support residents and engaging them in meaningful activities to promote cognitive well-being Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, families, and team members to deliver comprehensive resident-centered care that respects individual preferences and dignity Prior experience working with the elderly population in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of behavior management techniques Certification or training in First Aid and CPR is desirable; ongoing training in medication administration and safety protocols is a plus Strong communication skills to interact empathetically with residents, families, and team members Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks.
