Bethpage Road Plainview, NY 11803 Upon arrival, please ask for Summer or Kelly from Talent Acquisition. DSPs provide person-centered support, assisting with daily activities, health and safety, socialization, community involvement, and overall well-being while promoting independence and personal growth. You'll work alongside a supportive team of DSPs, supervisors, and clinical staff to help individuals achieve their goals and participate in meaningful community and volunteer experiences. Responsibilities include providing caregiving support as needed, ensuring participant safety, supporting volunteer and community activities, completing required documentation, communicating with supervisors regarding participant progress and concerns, and transporting individuals to program sites, volunteer opportunities, and other community destinations throughout the day.

We require:

Valid NYS Driver's License and maintain a qualified driver status throughout employment Good verbal and written communication skills HS Diploma/Equivalent preferred Passion to help others and a great personality! Experience as a DSP, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) is a plus , but not required.
