Edison is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide to support clients in their homes while we power a cleaner energy future. In this role, you'll help individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, toileting, and meal preparation. You'll provide light housekeeping, monitor basic health and safety, and offer companionship that supports dignity and independence. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, mobility). Support safe transfers and positioning, following safety and infection-control procedures. Prepare simple, nutritious meals and assist with eating as needed. Provide light housekeeping such as tidying, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment. Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to clients. Monitor and report changes in client condition or safety concerns to supervisors promptly. Follow individualized care plans and document services provided accurately. Support client independence, dignity, and cultural preferences in all interactions. Coordinate schedules and communicate effectively with families and care teams.
