Job Description

Night Shift Caregiver We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Shift Caregiver to join our team at Meadow Falls of Richmond in Richmond Heights, Ohio. As a Night Shift Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on people's lives, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior to the nursing staff Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including laundry, housekeeping, and meal assistance Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive care environment Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in healthcare-related field or current enrollment in a healthcare program a plus Experience in a caregiving role; willingness to learn and grow with our team Valid Ohio CNA certification or ability to obtain
