We focus on providing quality outcomes for those we serve through dedicated and compassionate caregiving. Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic 3pm-11pm Caregiver to join our team! In this vital role, you will provide compassionate support to clients in their homes or community settings during afternoon and evening hours. Your dedication will help enhance the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities by assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety, and fostering independence. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stability Support clients with medication administration following prescribed instructions and safety protocols Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment Follow resident's rights policies, ensuring dignity, privacy, and respect at all times Implement behavior management strategies for clients with dementia or cognitive disabilities while maintaining safety Skills Prior assisted living or home & community care experience is highly preferred Knowledge of Alzheimer's care, memory care, dementia care, and geriatrics best practices Ability to perform manual handling and safe patient lifting practices effectively Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; additional certifications such as medication administration are a plus Strong client communication skills with a compassionate approach Ability to operate a standard passenger car safely for client transportation when needed Join us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve! Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
