We are seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP/SSP) to provide one-on-one support to a young woman with cerebral palsy and intellectual disabilities in her home and community. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to safely assist with transfers and lifting requirements up to 155 pounds Reliable transportation Residence within reasonable driving distance of Mount Joy, PA Ability to successfully pass required background checks Ability to provide dependable, consistent support
