Variable shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am)
Hours/Week:
Approximately 40 hours for full-time; part-time hours vary

Part-time Licenses/Certifications:
Valid Driver's License, PA Child Abuse Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, FBI Background Clearance Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience, 2 professional references, high school diploma or GED required
Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate:
$25.50/hr

Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team What You'll Do Supervise and support adjudicated youth during daily routines and activities Escort residents to and from school, medical, and dental appointments Monitor residents during meals, recreational activities, and behavioral therapy groups Assist with hygiene routines, room checks, and documentation Support residents during religious services and nighttime routines Ensure safety and compliance with facility policies Maintain accurate records and report any incidents or concerns
What You Need Required:
Valid Driver's License (front and back copy) High school diploma or GED Minimum of 2 professional references 2 Years of Experience Ability to pass physical, drug screen, and background checks (FBI, PA Child Abuse, PA State Police)
Preferred:
Experience working with youth or in juvenile care settings Strong supervision and communication skills Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules About the Assignment This role involves providing essential supervision and support to youth in a secure juvenile facility. The Juvenile Support Aide plays a vital part in maintaining a safe, structured environment, assisting with daily routines, and supporting youth development.
