Job Description

Job Summary Join our dedicated team as an In Home Caregiver, where you will provide compassionate, personalized care to clients in their own homes. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring assistance with daily activities, health management, and emotional support. You will work closely with clients to promote independence, safety, and well-being, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care in a comfortable and familiar environment. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Administer medication reminders and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare providers. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' mental and social well-being. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living space. Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans. Observe and report any changes in clients' health or behavior promptly to supervisors or medical personnel. Support clients during outings and appointments, ensuring safety and comfort throughout. Requirements Prior experience working with diverse populations, including Geriatrics or Post-acute care experience preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed care plans accurately. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently; experience with emergency medicine or Level I Trauma Center settings is a plus. Knowledge of hospital medicine, medical-surgical procedures, or outpatient clinic environments is advantageous. Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve clients' quality of life. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are often required for client visits.
