Job Overview:

We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Personal Care Aides

•PCA to provide one-on-one support and care for clients in a home setting throughout Rocky Mount and the surrounding areas. This position is ideal for caregivers who enjoy helping others maintain independence, comfort, and safety while having flexibility and control over their schedule. As a Home Health Personal Care Aide

•PCA , you will assist clients with activities of daily living while providing companionship, emotional support, and personalized care. Responsibilities of Home Health Personal Care Aide

PCA:

Provide personal care and support to clients in a home setting Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene, and feeding Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and transportation assistance Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises Provide medication reminders and observe/report changes in client condition Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Offer companionship and participate in activities clients enjoy such as reading, games, puzzles, and hobbies Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with supervisors and care team members Qualifications of Home Health Personal Care Aide

PCA:

Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent required PCA certificate from an approved program required Current tuberculosis test required before start date Reliable transportation required Ability to pass a criminal background check Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
