Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated CBRF Caregiver to join our team at Grand View Assisted Living. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing personalized care and assistance with activities of daily living. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents. Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals. Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents. Monitor residents' well-being and report any changes or concerns. Participate in resident activities and social events to promote engagement and community.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a caregiver in a CBRF or similar setting preferred but not required. Compassionate and empathetic demeanor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Ability to pass a background check.
