Vista Care WI is assisting an individual in the community to find their own personal caregiving staff to assist with tasks in their home and community. This position is not employed by Vista Care. The employer will be the individual receiving care under a self-directed service program.

Primary Responsibilities:

assistance and support with personal cares such as personal hygienebed baths on male individualteeth/oral carepreventative skin care/lotion/powderassistance with dressing/undressing clienthousekeeping dutiesweekly laundrymedication reminderscompanionship and emotional supporttransportation to run errands with client such as picking up groceries or for appointments (mileage paid)assistance with getting in/out of vehiclefollowing established care plan while respecting the dignity, comfort and independencehelp with meal planning and preparation.
