Job Description

Overview Join our dedicated team as a Caregiver and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with diverse needs. You will support children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children, ensuring their developmental needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Provide attentive care to children of different ages, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age kids, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement engaging activities that promote childhood development, learning, and fun Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, outings, and educational activities to foster positive behavior management Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences Administer basic first aid and CPR in emergency situations following mandated reporting laws and safety protocols Support children with disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care to meet individual needs Maintain a clean, organized environment that encourages learning and safety in compliance with childcare standards Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, babysitting or nannying roles is highly preferred Demonstrated experience caring for infants through elementary school-age children with knowledge of childhood development principles Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for young children of various ages Experience planning age-appropriate activities that foster learning and social skills Knowledge of early childhood education practices and classroom experience is advantageous Understanding of mandated reporting laws related to child safety and well-being Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in childhood development or youth programs is a plus Join us to empower young minds through compassionate caregiving! $22.08 - $23.59 per hour
