Job Description

Patient Assistant / Caregiver - Join Our Caring Team! Are you compassionate, dependable, and passionate about making a difference in someone's life? We're looking for caring and dedicated Patient Assistants/Caregivers who want more than just a job—they want meaningful work where they can make a difference every day. What You'll Do As a Patient Assistant, you'll provide personalized support while helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and meal assistance Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe transportation as needed Monitor and document changes in a client's condition and communicate concerns appropriately Provide medication reminders or assistance as permitted and directed Maintain accurate care notes and documentation while protecting client confidentiality Support individuals living with Alzheimer's, dementia, developmental disabilities, or other health-related needs Follow each client's individualized plan of care Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe home environment Communicate professionally with clients, families, supervisors, and other members of the care team What We're Looking For We're looking for caregivers who are: Compassionate, patient, and respectful Dependable and committed to their scheduled shifts Professional with strong communication skills Comfortable providing hands-on personal care Able to follow care plans and document services accurately Passionate about helping seniors and individuals who need additional support Experience We Value Previous experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, hospice, geriatrics, dementia care, developmental disability services, hospitals, or other healthcare settings is a plus. Experience with mobility assistance, Hoyer lifts, medication assistance, vital signs, or electronic documentation is also valuable. Pay:
