Daily Pay Options Available Active Pay (as needed) Competitive hourly rate based on experience Supportive and mission-driven team environment Position Summary As a Resident Assistant (RA)/Caregiver , you'll play a vital role in promoting the well-being and quality of life of our residents. You will assist with daily living activities and contribute to creating a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. You should have a strong understanding of the Assisted Living setting, including regulatory compliance, and a genuine passion for supporting seniors. Shifts Available Full-Time Positions We offer 12-hour shifts , including: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM All shifts rotate weekends and holidays . Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, ambulation, medication reminders). Support resident participation in wellness activities and exercise programs. Help set up and serve meals in the dining room; assist during mealtime and with clean-up as assigned. Report changes in residents' health to the appropriate care director or nurse. Complete required documentation, including daily logs and resident service records. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. Attend and complete all required training and maintain any necessary certifications. Support communication within the team and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace. What We're Looking For A compassionate and reliable team player with a heart for seniors. Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
