Compensation:

$30 hourly

Responsibilities:

Review legal documents to ensure adherence to all legal requirements Perform legal research to obtain documentation regarding health insurance, medical records, social security, and medical providers Create legal documents for attorney review Interface with staff, attorneys, and outside vendors to manage the law firm's case load, present case summaries/updates, and ensure that deadlines are met Organize and maintain all case files, and information concerning engagement, whether electronic or paper, in accordance with the law firm policies

Qualifications:

Ability to multitask and stay self-motivated Exceptional organizational skills as well as effective communication skills, both written and oral are needed Professional case management process experience is needed - preferably as a personal injury case manager, or related jobs such as legal assistant, legal secretary, or paralegal, at a non-profit, law firm, or human services agency Comfortable with computer programs, such as spreadsheet presentation, word processing, and case management software About Company Ayala, Morgan & Buzzard is a Plaintiff's litigation firm whose sole focus is on pursuing compensation for injured people and their families.
