Position:

Case Manager Description:

Case Manager assists in the development of client objectives, reports on client progress, prepares clear and concise reports and interacts with caregivers, counselors and others. •

NEW HIRE BONUS

- $750 hiring bonus after 60th day of full attendance (must work full shift to be counted towards the 60 days) . •Refer family/friends - Receive employee referral bonus

Requirements:

Must pass a criminal background check and job-related physical. Must possess a California driver's license, own vehicle with liability insurance and a clean driving record.
