Case Manager - Adults with Disabilities | Huntington Beach, CA $27.50-$29.50/hour | Full-Time Are you passionate about helping adults with developmental disabilities live more independent, fulfilling lives? Join Compass as a Case Manager supporting clients and families throughout the Huntington Beach and surrounding Orange County communities . In this role, you'll coordinate services across two programs—one focused on family-centered care coordination and the other on helping adults build the skills and supports they need to live independently.
Note:
This is a community-based role that includes local travel throughout Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Santa Ana, Anaheim, and surrounding areas. What You'll Do Manage a caseload across both CFS (Coordinated Family Supports) and ILS (Independent Living Services) programs Support and mentor caregivers and team members Partner with clients and families to help individuals achieve their goals Coordinate services, schedules, and documentation Ensure compliance with program standards and quality expectations Meet with clients, families, and community partners throughout your assigned service area What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree required Experience in social services, case management, or supporting individuals with developmental disabilities Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently Valid California driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally Why Join Compass?
